Thesis (B.S.) -- Cagayan State University, 2025.

Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework focuses on sustainability by balancing social responsibility, economic viability, and environmental stewardship, which is increasingly important in construction sector. The objective of this study is to investigates the impact of TBL practices, social, economic, and environmental, on construction performance among PCAB-licensed contractors in Tuguegarao City. It also aims to identify how these common practices influence job satisfaction, profitability and waste reduction. A quantitative research approach was employed. Cronbach's Alpha was used testing the reliability of the 5-point Likert scale structured survey questionnaire. Frequency and percentage distribution were used to analyzed respondents' demographic profiles. To determine a significance relationship between social practices with job satisfaction, economic practices with profit, and environmental practices with waste reduction, Pearson correlation was utilized. Strong Cronbach's alpha scores proved that the survey instrument was indeed reliable. Additionally, findings revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between social practices with job satisfaction, economic practices with profit, and environmental practices with waste reduction, supporting the hypothesis. The study proved that TBL practices has a significant impact to improved workers satisfaction, financial performance, and environmental efficiency. These findings support the integration of sustainable practices in the construction industry to improve both business and social outcomes.
