The study aimed at investigating the utilization of resources and services provided by the Cagayan Provincial Learning and Resource Center (CPLRC) and its impact on user satisfaction. The study employed a quantitative survey to gather data from library users. The survey questionnaire included items related to resource utilization, service satisfaction, and overall user satisfaction. The findings revealed that most users reported utilizing the resources and services offered by the CPLRC, with a significant emphasis on the quality of furnishing overall, users expressed moderate to high satisfaction with the resources and services provided by the CLRC. The key factors contributing to user satisfaction were the lending services, printing/photocopying services, internet and electronic services, and the size of the library. However, the study also identified areas for improvement. Users expressed a desire for an expanded collection of digital resources, enhanced technology infrastructure, and increased Staff availability. The study suggests that addressing these areas of improvement could further enhance user satisfaction and promote more effective utilization of the CPLRC's resources and services.
