Lingyok, a young boy from a pig-farming family, resents his life and skips school to avoid helping with the pigs. After a fight with the mother pig injures his mother, Lingyok runs away and encounters a wild pig that chases him to his school. The incident brings his neglect to light, and Lingyok's parents express their disappointment. However, Lingyok's journey leads him to appreciate his family and his role, even receiving new school supplies and a dedicated room to study. The story ends with Lingyok participating in a school competition and gaining acceptance from his peers.
