Purpose/objectives. Cagayan State University has online resources namely Library Subscribed Online Resources and Library Curated Open Educational Resources. This resource helped the researcher to have the right data and to give accurate results. The study is aimed at describing the student level of awareness and utilization of library online resources at the Cagayan State University - Andrews Campus with the view of developing a library promotional plan.

Design, methodology, approach. The study is aimed at describing the student level of awareness and utilization of library online resources at the Cagayan State University - Andrews Campus with the view of developing a library promotional plan. Specifically, it answers the following questions: 1. How may the demographic profile of student-respondents be described in terms of the following: 1.1 Year Level 1.2Major/Course 1.3College/Department 2. What is the student level of awareness on library online resources in terms of: 2.1. Library Subscribed Online Resources
2.2. Library Curated Open Educational Resources. 3. What is the student level of utilization of library online resources? 3.1. Library
Subscribed Online Resources 3.2. Library Curated Open Educational Resources. 4. Is there a significant difference between the level of awareness and utilization of library online resources when grouped according to the participants' profile? Lastly, What promotional plan can possibly be suggested to improve the level of awareness and utilization of library online resources by the students?

To realize the prime objective of the study the researcher employed the INPUT, PROCESS and OUTPUT (IPO) model of assessment.

Methodology. The study utilized quantitative research design, particularly descriptive method. Using descriptive method, the researcher analyzed the student level of awareness and utilization of library online resources with the view of developing a library promotional plan. The questionnaire was validated by two experts who have expertise in the field related to the research topic. Participants were selected using purposive sampling. The data collected through the survey was analyzed using statistical tools such as mean and standard deviation.The following items were also considered in the conduct of the study: informed consent, privacy, and confidentiality. The researchers obtained informed consent from the respondents, emphasizing that the data collected will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and it will be used solely for the purpose of this study.

Findings. This study focuses on determining the Student Level of Awareness and Utilization of Library Online Resources at the Cagayan State University (CSU) - Andrew Campus. Data was collected through questionnaires from 307 respondents and analyzed using SPSS software. The findings based on the results of the one-way ANOVA analysis, it is concluded that the year level of the students does not significantly influence their awareness and utilization of online resources. However, the course/major and department factors do show statistically significant differences in awareness and utilization. These findings provide insights into the factors that may or may not affect student awareness and utilization of online library resources in the studied context.
To continuously improve the level of awareness and utilization of library subscribed and curated online resources, the proposed Library Promotional Plan is hereby recommended.
