| Summary, etc | Insufficient parking space is a growing global concern, particularly in rapidly developing areas where urban expansion outpaces infrastructure planning. In a university setting, the problem is especially evident, as rising enrollment and limited land resources strain existing parking facilities and highlight the need for sustainable, space-efficient solutions. As the student and faculty population continues to grow at Cagayan State University Carig Campus, the demand for organized, sustainable, and space-efficient parking solutions has become increasingly urgent. This study aims to design and assess the feasibility of a parking building inside the campus by establishing a parking survey. It also aims to design a parking building that is structurally well designed, energy efficient, and economically feasible. The design of the parking building will be carried out in accordance with the National Building Code of the Philippines, National Structural Code of the Philippines, Green Building Code of the Philippines, Fire Code of the Philippines and Time Saver 4th Edition. The data gathered in this study showed that parking demand is greater than the parking supply leaving students and faculties no choice but to park in undesignated parking areas. Given the university's ongoing development-with new classrooms, facilities, and laboratories continuously being constructed a 4-level parking building presents a practical and forward-thinking solution to the growing shortage of parking spaces on campus.
