The Employee Claims Monitoring System of CSU Carig Federated Association that was proposed is the replacement for manual tracking, securing, and monitoring of employee claims of Carig Federated Association of Cagayan State University - Carig Campus. It was designed for an organized flow of transaction of work. The study was concerned for transparency in handling transaction of employee claims. The proposed system would help the former president of the faculty association, Prof. Mary Jane T. Umengan, on her problem handling the documents which are not monitored, saved, and stored properly. The developed system involved proper records handling, monitoring of claims, and tracking active/inactive members of the association. Thus, the proponents gathered necessary data that could help the progress of developing the Employee Claims Monitoring System of Carig Federated Association of Cagayan State University.
