Development and evaluation of fabbricks with water lily stalks as fiber reinforce concrete / - vi, 36 pages ;
This study contains information about abricks ,aims to produce a product that contains water lily stalks and textile in its mixture.
The researchers used water lily stalks and textile that were cut into small pieces. It was mixed with cement and water and put into molder. Using water lily stalk as one of the secondary components or additive to bricks, the rescarchers can help the environment in such a way that putting away water lilies in the bodies of water will prevent it to free-flow. The manufacturing of this bricks will help create more jobs opportunities to the community. The curing period to attain its maximum concrete strength is 21 days. The method that will be used in this study is the experimental methods. In order to indicate and determine the importance of water lilies in the community despite the fact that it harmed the lives of some Filipinos., the researchers want to turn these plants that were considered trash into useful ones that may help enhance the quality of the concrete materials for construction particularly, the bricks.
