In this study, an electronic scoring board for playing lawn tennis is specifically designed for convenience of players. The scoring board's design uses programmable microcontroller, display and transmitters to update the scores of the players in the score display thus, includes a remote to update the scores and receivers to display the scores.
Having a remote to update the scores eased the need for a third person to do the scoring.
Electronic scoring device has been one of the most convenient apparatus that is being used in various competitions. The device's study aims to eliminate the tedious and error-prone mental calculations in scoring and recording games which provides graphic representations of symbols and characters pertinent to the type, status, and score of the game in play.
